CurtainView — Privacy Policy

We do not receive any of your data. CurtainView has no server. Your room scans, your fabric photos and your measurements stay on your device and are never sent to us.

The app does show ads, and the ad network collects some data. That part is set out in full below, because it is the honest answer.

All of it lives in the app's own storage on your phone. Deleting the app deletes all of it. If you turn on “Also keep them in your device's photos”, the original photo is additionally saved to your own photo library — that copy is yours and stays there after the app is removed.

Camera and photos

The camera is used to photograph fabric and to measure your windows. Photo library access is used only to add photos you took or images the app created. The app does not read your photo library.

CurtainView is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. Google collects the following through its ad SDK inside the app. We never see any of it.

Ads are never shown on the screens where you are judging fabric colour. A coloured rectangle next to a fabric swatch changes how that colour looks, which would defeat the point of the app.

Your choices

Advertising ID. You can reset or delete it at any time: Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS.
iOS tracking prompt. The app asks once. If you decline, you still get ads — they are just not personalised.
EEA, UK and Switzerland. A consent screen appears on first launch. You can change your answer later from the app's settings.

Children

CurtainView is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.

当社はお客様のデータを一切受け取りません。CurtainView にサーバーはありません。部屋のスキャン、生地の写真、採寸の結果は、すべてお使いの端末の中に残り、当社に送られることはありません。

ただし本アプリは広告を表示し、広告配信事業者が一部のデータを収集します。その内容を以下にすべて記載します。

アプリの設定

いずれも端末内のアプリ専用の領域に保存されます。アプリを削除すればすべて消えます。「撮った写真を端末の写真にも残す」を有効にした場合のみ、元の1枚がお客様の写真ライブラリにも保存されます。そちらはお客様のものとして、アプリ削除後も残ります。

カメラと写真

カメラは生地の撮影と窓の採寸に使います。写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、撮影した写真や作成した画像を追加するためだけに使い、ライブラリの中を読み取ることはありません。

広告について

CurtainView は無料で、Google AdMob による広告を表示します。アプリ内の広告 SDK を通じて Google が以下を収集します。当社がこれらを見ることはありません。

Google による利用方法は「Google のサービスを利用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用」に記載されています。

生地の色を判断する画面には広告を表示しません。彩度のある四角が隣にあると布の色が違って見え、このアプリの目的そのものが損なわれるためです。

お客様が選べること

広告ID。いつでもリセット・削除できます。Android は設定 → プライバシー → 広告、iOS は設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング。
iOS のトラッキング許可。初回に一度お尋ねします。拒否しても広告は表示されます（個人化されなくなるだけです）。
EEA・英国・スイス。初回起動時に同意画面が表示されます。回答はアプリの設定から後で変更できます。

お子様について

本アプリはお子様を対象としたものではなく、お子様から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。

変更

本ポリシーを変更した場合は、冒頭の日付を更新します。
