If you are reporting something that looks wrong, it helps a lot to say which phone you have, which screen you were on, and what you expected to see instead.
Room scanning needs a LiDAR sensor on iPhone, or ARCore support on Android. The app works without it: photograph the window, mark its four corners, and type the measurements. Everything after that is the same.
Turn on “Use the photo's colors as they are”. By default the app estimates the light you shot under and cancels it out, which is right most of the time — but a wrong estimate pushes the colour away from the real thing. If you already matched the colour in a photo app, turn the estimate off.
Rotate the 3D view so you are looking at the wall you want from inside the room, then tap. Walls between you and the room's interior are hidden, and a hidden wall cannot be tapped.
Inside the app. If you turn on “Also keep them in your device's photos”, the original is saved to your photo library as well — on Android, in a CurtainView album.
If your phone has one, yes — there is a Wide toggle on the camera screen. It helps when you can't step back far enough to get a whole wall in frame.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the consent screen can be reopened from the app's settings. Anywhere else, you can reset or delete the advertising ID in your phone's own settings.
Delete the app. Everything the app stored goes with it. Photos you chose to keep in your device's photo library stay there — delete those from the Photos app.

不具合のご連絡の際は、お使いの機種、どの画面だったか、本来どうなるはずだったかを添えていただけると、原因にたどり着くのが早くなります。
部屋のスキャンには iPhone の LiDAR、または Android の ARCore 対応が必要です。無くてもお使いいただけます。窓を1枚撮り、四隅を指定して、採寸を手で入力してください。その先はまったく同じです。
「写真の色をそのまま使う」をオンにしてください。既定では撮影時の光源を推定して打ち消しますが、推定が外れると色が転びます。写真アプリで実物に合わせてから取り込む場合も、この設定をオンにしてください。
3Dビューを回して、貼りたい壁を部屋の内側から見ている状態にしてからタップしてください。手前をふさぐ壁は非表示になり、非表示の壁はタップできません。
アプリの中です。「撮った写真を端末の写真にも残す」をオンにすると、元の1枚が写真ライブラリにも保存されます（Android では CurtainView アルバム）。
広角レンズのある機種なら、撮影画面の「広角」で切り替えられます。下がりきれず壁全体が入らないときにお使いください。
EEA・英国・スイスでは、アプリの設定から同意画面を開き直せます。それ以外の地域では、端末の設定から広告IDをリセット・削除できます。
アプリを削除してください。アプリが保存したものはすべて一緒に消えます。端末の写真ライブラリに残す設定で保存した写真はそのまま残りますので、写真アプリから削除してください。
プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。要点は、当社にサーバーは無くお客様のデータを一切受け取らないこと、広告は Google AdMob が配信し、記載のものを収集することの2点です。
